These systems are not at the same technology level as the Minbari systems, but the Warlock Destroyer is the first Earth Alliance ship with artificial gravity and no need for rotating sections.
The design and construction the ship began after Clark took over the presidential power on Earth. When Sheridan's forces gained more and more power, Clark decided to modify some of the Omega Destroyer with the new technology because these ships were far faster to build. Some of this new technology, including weapon systems and armor, was provided by the Shadows and their allies. After Clarks defeat, the Shadow allies disabled the shipyards because they didn't want that other races gained their technology. Therefore the Warlock Destroyer still has conventional armor and weapon systems.
| The Earth Alliance got Minbari gravimetric system technology after joining Interstellar Alliance in 2262 making this ship an even better competitor against all other capital ships. Only the Minbari Cruiser and the Victory Destroyer are able to destroy a Warlock Destroyer in a battle but the outcome of such a fight is totally open. |
