It was uncertain what happened to Capt. Sheridan and Security Chief Michael Garibaldi. Most of the alien ambassadors thought they were both dead. With the HQ of the Shadows destroyed the ambassadors believed that the war against the Shadows was over. They ordered their battle ships to leave Babylon 5 and return to their homeworlds.

G'Kar began his search for Mr. Garibaldi while Delenn tried to convince Vorlon Ambassador Kosh to sent a search ship to Z'Ha'Dum. Kosh denied her request and so Delenn, Ivanova, Lenier and Lyta Alexander went to Z'Ha'Dum to search for Capt. Sheridan.

Some moments after the White-Star left hyperspace they were "attacked" by "The Eye". The Eye is some kind of defense system of Z'Ha'Dum. It appeared to be able to telepathically contact normals, probing their minds and drawing them to the planet. The autopilot of the White-Star entered hyperspace before they could land on the planet.

Meanwhile Morden arrived at Centauri Prime. He suffered some major injuries caused by the explosion on Z'Ha'Dum. Morden made a deal with Centauri Emperor Cartagia. The Shadows thought that they were vulnerable with their HQ destroyed. They wanted to shelter some of their ships at Centauri Prime in case that someone attacked Z'Ha'Dum while they were weak. Cartagia agreed and so the Shadows got an island. Londo's biggest nightmare had come true.

Sheridan died after jumping into the two mile deep pit on Z'Ha'Dum. He was found by Lorien, a member of the First-Ones. Lorien decided to "heal" Sheridan and gave him some his his "life energy". Lorien is much more than he seems; he can visit one's dreams and transfer pieces of his vast life-force into others.
	G'Kar has been captured by the Centauri while searching for Michael Garibaldi. Londo offered a deal to G'Kar. If G'kar would kill Emperor Cartagia Londo Molari promised that all Centauri would leave Narn and that all Narn would be free again. G'Kar agreed this deal.

Zack went on a rescue mission after he got hints where to search for Michael Garibaldi. Garibaldi was imprisoned on a transport ship, presumably by the PSI-Corps. After a small battle an escape pod was launched with Garibaldi on board.

Ivanova and Marcus tried to find more of the First-Ones. On their way to sector 87 they encountered a mysterious hyperspace phenomenon. To their surprise found thousands of Vorlon ships hiding in hyperspace. The Vorlons were on the way to destroy a Shadow base. Initially, when the Vorlons and Shadows took on the task of looking after the younger races, they were equally balanced, obeyed rules of engagement, and respected each other's perspectives. But at some point, one of them grew tired of the arrangement and the two started fighting in earnest, with the younger races caught in the middle. The Vorlons didn't only destroy the Shadow base, they completely destroyed the whole planet.

Delenn's plan to attack the Shadow homeworld Z'Ha'Dum was criticized by many alien ambassadors, including the Drazi, Gaim and the Hyach. They wanted to stop the fight against the Shadows and hoped to find peaceful way to stop the confrontation. During this demonstration the dead thought Capt. Sheridan returned to Babylon 5. All people were very surprised and Sheridan's return stabilized the Army of Light. Only Lenier seemed to be quite unhappy with Sheridan's return.

G'Kar was still held in prison at Centauri Prime. Emperor Cartagia got more megalomania from day to day. He wanted to become a god with the help of the Shadows. To reach his goal he even permitted the destruction of Centauri Prime without any resistance.

The Vorlons moved on and destroyed many planets on their way. Many people fled from the endangered systems and sought helped at other planets. The Babylon 5 command staff feared that to many refugees could come to Babylon 5 and began building a refugee camp at Epsilon 3. Sheridan believed that the Army of Light could not act on the Vorlon attack forces while their ambassador Kosh was still on the station. He planned a trap to remove Kosh from Babylon 5. During the battle Kosh left his encounter suit and fought against the security teams.

Delenn was attacked by Kosh when se got between him and the security personal. Sheridan stepped between her and the energy beam. Due to this the last parts of the old Kosh were released. Both Vorlons fought against each other and finally left Babylon 5. Shortly after this Sheridan began setting up the biggest armada in history.

Emperor Cartagia was killed by Vir Coto during the show trial against G'Kar held on Narn. After the dead of Cartagia Londo hold the promise he gave G'Kar and all Centauri left Narn. This was the second time the Centauri left the planet after a war that they couldn't win.

Sheridan planed to lure the Shadow fleet in a direct battle with the Vorlons and other First-Ones. He assembled a huge fleet at Babylon 5 to fight against the Vorlons and the Shadows.

Ivanova and Lorien continued their search for other First-Ones. In the meantime Sheridan and his fleet were on the way to Coriana 6 where Sheridan planed a direct confrontation between the Army of Light armada, the Vorlons, the Shadows and the remaining First-Ones.

Londo Molari wanted to drive the Shadows of Centauri Prime. Morden refused this and so Molari blew up the isle of Selini with some hundreds Shadow ships on it. He thought that now without any Shadows on his planet the Vorlons would have no reason to destroy Centauri Prime, but he was wrong.

One of biggest battles in the history started when the Vorlons and the Shadows arrived at Coriana 6

The battle at Coriana 6

After all First-Ones were gone the younger races were alone in the galaxy. Together with them the magic was gone.

With his allies, the Shadows, gone President Clark feared that Babylon 5 could become a major problem in the future. He initiated a huge propaganda counteraction to isolate the station. One step of this propaganda was to blame Babylon 5 for attacks on Earth-Force units. Clark ordered a Black Omega Squadron to attack an Earth-Force patrol. This plan was prevented with the help of the PSI-Cop Alfred Bester.

Sheridan agreed to fly to Z'Ha'Dum after the Black Omega Squadron was destroyed. Bester hoped to find technical information to help his wife recover from an surgery by the PSI-Corps. When they arrived they noticed some fleeing ships, the remaining allies of the Shadows. Shortly after that the planet exploded.

These allies of the Shadows began implanting the so called "Keepers" in the Centauri Government. A Keeper controls the person he is linked to and can be only seen when "he" is sleeping.

President Clark continued his propaganda policy and sent a second ISN-Team to Babylon 5. Capt. Sheridan allowed the team to do a report about Babylon 5 and the people who lived there. He hoped that at least some pieces of the truth would be broadcast, but he was wrong. Most of the interviews were modified and cut into several pieces. The result of this were totally other statements.

Delenn was ordered back to Minbar to explain her wish to marry Capt. Sheridan. No Minbari woman has ever married a non-Minbari man before. To explain this she had the enter the "Dream Oracle where she faced her role at the beginning of the Earth-Minbari-War. Delenn was directly chosen Dukhat as aide and became a member of the Gray Council. Shortly after this the Minbari made contact with a unknown race, the Humans.

The Human - Minbari 1st contact

In the meantime Marcus and Dr. Franklin went on a secret mission to Mars. After a nearly two week journey both arrived on Mars. They didn't know that their contactsman, Capt. Jack, to the resistance movement had a "Keeper". Both were nearly killed when Capt. Jack (or lets better say his Keeper) tried to kill the leaders of the resistance movement.

A unknown race began attacking civilian ships near the Minbari border. Delenn began investigations on this race and went on a patrol mission to the sector where the attacks happened.

	A member of the religious caste and friend of Delenn forced her to let a Drakh representative on board the White-Star. He said that the warrior caste drove off the members of the religious caste in some cities and that they tried to initiate a "Gray Council" of their own.
	He thought that the Drakh could be good allies in a possible civil war against the warrior caste. The Drakh were former allies of the Shadows and with the destruction of their homeworld Z'Ha'Dum they were seeking for revenge. When the Drakh heard that Delenn was on board the White-Star they wanted to kill her. White-Star 16 was destroyed before the remaining White-Star's managed to destroy several Drakh Raider and their Carriership.

Ivanova went to Epsilon 3 to ask for help for the new counter propaganda broadcasting channel. The TV studio was completed but Babylon 5 couldn't provide enough power for the new channel to broadcast all the way to Earth, Mars and the other colonies. After a little from Zathras the "Voice of Resistance" went online.

Meanwhile meanwhile met his old girlfriend Lise. She's now married the the richest man on Mars, William Edgars. After Garibaldi rescued Lise from an attack he got a job offer from William Edgars and decided to leave the station and go to Mars.

A civil war had broken out on Minbar. The warrior caste drove members of the religious caste out of some cities. Delenn met with Neroon to work out a plan to stop the fighting. Various members of the religious caste were not happy about this meeting and tried to kill all onboard the ship with some kind of nerve gas. This was prevented by Lenier who nearly died during his "rescue mission".

Delenn announced the capitulation of the religious in the Temple of Varenni which is equipped a device called the Starfire Wheel. The Starfire Wheel would consume the opposing leaders in fire. Whichever one willing was to die for the rightness of their side would remain in the fire until death; that cast would lead the Minbari.

Delenn was rescued by Neroon. Before he died he shouted out that in his heart he was a member of the religious caste. After the "ceremony" Delenn set up the new "Gray Council". This time there was no balance between the 3 casts. She elected two members of the warrior and religious cast and five members of the worker cast. The last place was for "the one who was to come".

Earth President Clark ordered to shoot at all vessels leaving the colonies that declared their independence a year ago. Over 10000 people died when some transport ships leaving Proxima 3 were destroyed by the E.A.S. Pollux. Capt. Sheridan didn't want to hold back any longer. He worked out a plan to free the colony at Proxima 3.

The Liberation of Proxima 3

Former Security Chief Michael Garibaldi finally left Babylon 5 and headed for Mars. He wanted to fight for Earth his own way, not Sheridan's way.

Sheridan's fleet went on and liberated the colony at Beta Durani and a midrange military outpost on their way to Earth. Garibaldi arrived on Mars and met with William Edgars. Edgars company and other mega-corporations had very much influence on Earth's policy over the last years. They let Clark declare martial law, but didn't foresee the PSI-Corps connection until it was too late.

Edgars feared that Sheridan's attack force could quicken President Clarks plans with the PSI-Corps and so he convinced Garibaldi to lure Sheridan into a trap on Mars.

Sheridan's forces moved on to Earth. The loyalist Earth-Alliance forces fought until death. They were told that if they loose that they were all killed and then replaced by Minbari. Capt. MacDougan convinced the captains of the loyalist forces and so they joined Sheridan's fleet. Among them was Sheridan's old ship, the OCD Agamemnon.

Michael Garibaldi sent a message to Sheridan. He said that Sheridan's father was captured by EA-Forces. He offered a deal to rescue Sheridan's father but this was only a trap. Capt. Sheridan was captured and brought to a secret facility where he was tortured. Cmdr. Ivanova took over the command of the White-Star fleet and went on with Sheridan's original mission to free Mars and Earth.

William Edgars told Garibaldi the truth about his plans. He wanted to control all telepaths by using a virus. The infected telepath would need a special drug to keep alive and this drug would be sold by one of Edgars companies. Garibaldi's secret mission which had been implemented by Alfred Bester and the PSI-Corps was over. He sent a signal to Bester and transmitted all facts to him. Bester deactivated the programming and Garibaldi was "himself" again. All memories of the past months remained.

The PSI-Corps killed Edgars and took the virus and the drug.

Garibaldi was captured by the Mars Resistance while trying to made contact with Babylon 5. Nobody wanted to believe his "PSI-Corps Story". He convinced Lyta Alexander to do a deep scan to confirm his version of the whole affair. After the deep scan all believed him and they worked out a plan to free Capt. Sheridan.With the help of Lyta Alexander and Dr. Franklin Sheridan was freed.

The fleet under the command of Susan Ivanova went on. They destroyed many Earth Alliance loyalist vessels on their way to Earth while other ships joined the the armada to fight against President Clark. Even the League of Non-Aligned Worlds, the Narn and the Centauri decided to support Sheridan's armada with some of their ships.

Ivanova got information about a trap at the rendezvous point with other ships. When Ivanova and the WhiteStar fleet arrived at the point they discovered Earth newest weapon, the Advanced Omega-X Destroyer. These cruiser are semi-organic and build with Shadow technology.

Many White-Star ships were destroyed in the following battle. Unlike the "normal" Omega-Class-Destroyer the new destroyers were equal to the WhiteStar fleet. The WhiteStar fleet outmaneuvered the destroyers and finally destroyed them all.

During the attack on the last Omega-X Destroyer a debris part of the ship hit the WhiteStar. Ivanova was mortally hurt. Minbari doctors believed that she only had to live a couple of days. As a last request Ivanova wanted Capt. Sheridan to take command of the Agamemnon and fight the last battle from there. The frozen telepaths were smuggled onto 30 Earth Force vessels that were orbiting Mars.

Meanwhile several Earth Force military bases on Mars were captured by Mars Resistance. Mars was the first target of Capt. Sheridan's fleet because he doesn't wanted to risk a battle at Mars and Earth. Lyta "actived" the telepaths onboard the cruiser before the armada began the attack on the loyalist Earth Alliance forces. The telepaths began searching for a computer interface and merged with the "machine" and so disabling most of them.

When Sheridan's armada jumped back into realspace 20 of the 35 Earth Force cruiser were disabled or had other major problems. Sheridan ordered to fire at the weapon and engine systems. It was a quick battle in which the loyalist cruiser had no chance on winning the fight. Sheridan ordered the some League ships to stay at Mars and monitor the situation. With the rest of his armada he went on to Earth.

The Battle for Earth

During the battle Marcus left the fleet and went back to Babylon 5. He found some information about the alien machine that Dr. Franklin had used some time ago to save the life of Michael Garibaldi. No one was able to stop him and so he gave his life for that of Ivanova.

Former vice President Luchenko from the Russian Consortium became Earth's new president after Clark committed suicide. She agreed with Sheridan's resistance against former President Clark but not with the way he did it. Luchenko demanded Sheridan's resignation from Earth-Force in exchange for amnesty for Sheridan's crew and all other who fought against Earth during the civil war.

Together with Londo Molari, G'Kar and the other members of the "League of Non-Aligned Worlds" Delenn has set up plans for a new alliance, the Interstellar Alliance.She offered Earth the membership in this alliance. Sheridan was chosen to be the first President of the Interstellar Alliance.

All members of the new alliance should retain most of their sovereignty, aside from certain rules of conduct. Its armed forces are the Rangers and the WhiteStar fleet, and its temporary headquarters was on Babylon 5 until permanent facilities had been built in the Minbari city of Tuzanor.

Susan Ivanova recovered very quickly from her injuries and was promoted to Captain by Sheridan. She was reassigned to shake down an experimental new Earth military vessel, a Warlock Destroyer, for one year.
