Form Letter"Copy and Paste" Instructions
(This is being provided for those who may need instructions)

Below are two Form Letters and a Post Card. They are just examples and should
be put in your own words or at least edited by you. That being said all you need
to do is select the text of your choosing and right click on it, then choose "Copy"
from the drop down list. Open Word or a text editor of your choice and choose
"File / New", then right click on the document and choose "Paste".

On the Mac select the text, then on your keyboard hold the Command key down
and hit the "C" key to copy. Then open your text editor and once again on the
keyboard hold down the Command key and hit the "P" key to paste the text.

Once you have copied the text you can edit it to your liking. The text below is in
black, so once it's pasted into your text editor you should be able to see it.
Please choose the font, size and color of the text that best suits your needs.

WARNING:

Please be advised that these letters are just here as
examples. If you plan to copy and paste them, please
edit them with your own thoughts from the heart. If all
the letters they receive are just duplicates, chances
are they will be disregarded and your time and efforts
could end up having been for nothing.

Dear Warner Brothers Executives:

I’ve been a fan of Babylon 5 since I first saw the pilot and I’m very excited at the rumors that the B5 based movie "The Memory of the Shadows" will soon be in production. I have been a great fan of the work of J. Michael Straczynski and I am sure he has delivered a great script that I can't wait to see on the big screen. I’m really looking forward to the official announcement of the project and to see how he included the original characters. The entire cast in Babylon 5 did a great job and I am excited at seeing them reprise their roles. Based on the information from Production Weekly, I am really excited about the prospect of this new movie. I’m also intrigued with the new female lead role of Diane Baker and think she can be a great way to introduce the lead characters of the Babylon 5 universe. A high profile star in this or other new roles would be nice to get the attention of the general public, but I'm sure you can also count on the fan base to help make this a success, even if no high profile stars are involved.

I’ve heard some rumors that some characters will be recast and sincerely hope this is not the case. I can't imagine anyone but Mira Furlan as Delenn, or Peter Jurasik as Londo, his interaction with the Andreas Katsulas as G’Kar made the show a pleasure to watch. Claudia Christian also created a great character as Susan Ivanova and I can’t imagine anyone else but Bruce Boxleitner as John Sheridan. In addition to Peter Woodward, Gary Cole, Carrie Dobro, and Daniel Dae Kim had great roles in Crusade and I’m hoping to see them in this story as well.

I know that such a movie might not include all of the characters from the Babylon 5 universe but it would be great to see many of them again. It is a very sad thing that we lost Richard Biggs and we will not see Dr. Franklin but again seeing the rest of the cast reprising the roles I loved will be great!

I hope to soon see an official announcement including the names of the original great actors that made the characters of the Babylon 5 universe so endearing.

Now a little about me: I am {insert data about age, gender, location, occupation etc}. I watched Babylon 5 in its original run, again while it aired on TNT, and more than once on the Sci-Fi channel. I also enjoyed Crusade, even if it wasn't a finished product, just the way it expanded the Babylon 5 universe was great. I have also read all the trilogies of novels related to Babylon 5 and I'm sure “The Memory of Shadows” will be just as great in expanding the story of Straczynski's creation. I also have several friends that are fans of Babylon 5, and when the movie comes out I plan to encourage many of them to go and see it, knowing that many of them enjoy science fiction films that have such great stories.

In fact I will encourage all my friends and family to see the movie, because I want it to succeed. I consider Babylon 5 not only the very best science fiction show I ever watched but one of the greatest and most innovative TV dramas of all time. Straczynski created a wonderful future universe and I see great potential for him to tell many more stories within it. I hope the movie “The Memory of Shadows” will be the first successful step onto the silver screen where he can tell more stories in the Babylon 5 universe. But only the original actors in their beloved roles will really work for me. I pledge to replace the counterfeit bucks within this mailing with real ones for movie tickets and DVD purchases as long as no counterfeit actors are cast in their roles!

This letter is to thank you for developing the new Babylon 5 movie, “The Memory of Shadows”. I am a long-time fan of the original television series and I’m eagerly waiting for the official announcement of the theatrical release.

Most of all, I can’t wait to see all the original actors on the big screen in their beloved roles that were so endearing. It was the wonderful performances along with great stories that made the Babylon 5 universe one that survived schedule changes, network changes and threats of cancellation year after year. The Babylon 5 fans are intensely loyal to the people who have already given them so much entertainment, however new characters written specifically for “The Memory of Shadows” offers the opportunity for casting ‘name’ actors better known for theatrical movies.

Fans have demonstrated their loyalty and hunger for more stories in the Babylon 5 universe by making the recent releases of the DVD's so successful. Bringing the characters we love back to life with the original cast would be an excellent way to show appreciation of that loyalty and help ensure the success of the movie.

I plan to encourage all my friends and family to see “The Memory of Shadows” to ensure it become the box office success I believe it will be. There are several models of television stars being cast in theatrical releases to huge financial reward for the studio which produced them. I encourage Warner Brothers to follow those examples and give the original actors the opportunity to shine once again.
